ADA Paratransit Services – Vine Go
To support the need for equal access to public transit services, ADA Paratransit was created. This is shared-ride, origin-to-destination transportation provided in Napa County. Find out more about the eligibility criteria and the steps you need to take to apply for this service on the Vine Go page.
Lifeline Taxi Scrip
For evening trips or on a day when you may not feel well enough to take the bus, our Taxi Scrip program provides a lifeline service within the City limits of Napa.
Under the program, Napa residents 65 and older may take a cab ride anywhere in the City of Napa and NVTA will pay up to half the cost of the cab ride. The average out of pocket cost for riders is $4 per ride. You must be a resident in the City of Napa. Some program restrictions apply.
