Happy Transit Month!
September celebrates public transportation, and Vine Transit is joining agencies across the Bay Area in marking the occasion. If you’ve ever been curious about Napa Valley’s bus system, it’s a great excuse to check out how easy it is to ditch the car for a safe, convenient, and environmentally conscious ride. Vine travels all over the Valley, with connections to BART, the Vallejo Ferry and Amtrak. We also offer easy on-demand shuttles in the cities Calistoga, St. Helena, American Canyon and the town of Yountville. As well as paratransit services across the county via VineGo.
To celebrate Transit Month, Vine Transit will have FREE RIDES – all routes, all buses and shuttles, all day – on Friday, September 27. Look for Vine team members giving away fun prizes at our transit hubs in Vallejo and the Soscol Gateway Transit Center at 625 Burnell Street in Napa.
All month long, you can snap a picture from a local bus or bus stop and tag @ridethevine on Instagram or Vine Transit on Facebook, for a chance to win a basket of transit-themed prizes!
