The main schedule changes include: • Route B will have three new bus stops on the east side of Laurel Street • Route C will have one additional trip leaving the transit center at 6:30pm • Route G will extend its route to serve the Napa Valley College and Health & Human Services on weekdays • Route G, 10, 11 and 21 will stop at the newly constructed northbound stop at the Napa Valley College on all northbound trips • Route 11X will have an additional stop at Devlin Road at Airport Road • Route 29 will update its schedule to improve transfers to San Francisco-bound BART trains, as well as to Route 10 at the Redwood Park & Ride • The American Canyon & St Helena School trippers will resume operations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at the JoAnn Busenbark Board Room at the Soscol Gateway Transit Center, 625 Burnell St., in Napa by the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) during the NVTA Board of Director’s meeting to receive public testimony on the proposed fare increase for Vine Transit.
NVTA is a Joint Powers Authority comprised of the Cities, Town and County of Napa. NVTA serves as the countywide transportation planning body for the unincorporated areas within Napa County and is responsible for programming State and Federal funds for transportation projects within the county. NVTA is further charged with coordinating short- and long-term planning and funding and serves as the transit provider for the communities of Napa County.
The proposed fare adjustments covers Vine Transit and VineGo paratransit.

POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA, que se llevara a cabo una audencia publica el Miercoles 21 de Febrero de el 2024, a la 1:30pm en la sala de juntas JoAnn Busenbark en el Centro de Transito Soscol Gateway, 625 Burnell St en Napa por la Autoridad de Transporte del Valle de Napa (NVTA) durante la reunion de la Junta Directiva de NVTA para recibir testimonio publico sobre el aumento de tarifas propuesto para Vine transit.
NVTA es una autoridad de poderes conjuntos compuestos por las ciudades en el condado de Napa. NVTA sirve como el organismo de planificación de transporte en todo el condado para las areas no incorporadas dentro del condado de Napa y es responsible de programar fondos estatales y federales para proyectos de transporte dentro del condado.
NVTA Tambien se encarga de coordinar la planificación y el financiamiento a corto y largo plazo y sirve como proveedor de tránsito para las comunidades del condado de Napa.
El aumento de tarifas propuesto cubre Viner Transit y VineGo paratransit.

Beginning on Sunday June 18, Vine Transit is making the following service changes:
Route E in the City of Napa will increase to operating 10 trips per day.
Route S in the City of Napa will operate in both directions on Gasser Drive, better connecting riders to Clinic Ole South Campus & the South Century Shopping Plaza.
Route 10 will have shortened runtimes on weekends.
Route 11 will have minor edits to its daily timetable.
Route 11X will have minor edits to its timetable to align with the Vallejo Ferry Schedule changes occurring on June 26, 2023.
Route 21 will have decreased runtimes on eastbound morning trips.
The American Canyon & St. Helena School Trippers will not operate until August 14.
